Here is how Jana and I became vary close friends.
We were in Young Women's and Jana asked me 2 times to be in her presidency between being 13-18 years old.
I had had a leg operation on both legs and I couldn't get out of my house vary well. I still wanted to go to church so I called Jana up and asked her if she would push me around in my wheelchair when I got to church. She set up a sign up sheet to come play games with me daring the weeks.
When you are a 4Th year at cap you get a name on a sweatshirt. You also get to sign up to watch the special needs people in the camp at free time. I was a 3rd year when Jana got to do that at and Jana wanted to do it more then one afternoon so, she signed up again.
Jana and I were in the same cabin at our church girls camp. My 5Th year going. Jana told my mom that she didn't have to help me with anything because she was going to do it. If she couldn't help me she would find someone else. When my mom told me about what Jana said I said back, "are you sure?" that's what she said because Jana never talked to me about it. None of the previous girls over me wanted the whole job for a week.
Later on in our friendship we just stared making activities to do together like going to lunch or playing games and including her younger sister Ester to pay with us.
When Jana had her wedding, Jana asked me to dress in blue like her family was doing. They had me come to the family Lunch as well.
At the reception, Jana had me sitting around the food table. That way I could talk to the people in the kitchen to bring out more food as needed.
I went up to Jana later and asked if we could have a picture. it was made In 2005.
Jana had a 2nd reception and my family took me there to surprise her. We were going there for something else anyway that weekend. When Jana and Keith got marred, I got nervious about how I would fit in this new life she was going to have. Jana had basically put me in her family and I didn't know how much Keith new about the strong bond we had going on. Jana's family would see me at church or someplace else and tell me what's going on with her. Sometimes it is about the plans they have coming up with her.

That is a very sweet post, Tricia. I hope you'll put more of your wedding pictures on your blog one of these days!
Tricia, you are so kind! Thank you for being such a good friend. Don't worry; we will be back to visit Oregon again sometime.
That is so great you have such a good friend for so many years.
Thank you for being such a good friend to Jana all those years. She values your friendship a lot.
Tricia, it's fun reading your blog! I don't have a blog yet because I'm so busy with college, but I enjoy reading yours, Jana's, and other family members'. I agree--Jana is great as a friend and sister.
